You will find the shipping costs next to the product. If you order several items, only the amount of the product with the highest value counts as shipping costs, so the shipping costs do not increase if you order several items at once.

Of course, you can see the total amount of the shipping costs again in the shopping cart.

Dear customers:
We are anxious to charge the shipping, processing and service costs for your shipment only with a small percentage and not according to actual costs.
Please note that for most of our articles we do not send small parcels, but large and heavy parcels as well as forwarding consignments, where we incur correspondingly high costs.

We ship our products all over Europe within the European Union, in particular:

Delivery

The delivery takes place within the denoted delivery time. Please consider that particularly furniture deliveries can consist of several packages.
Delivery by forwarder is always done free kerb.

At Steiner Shopping Easy Furniture® you enjoy a 30 day right of withdrawal. From a value of €40, we collect the goods directly from your home at no additional cost.

Shipping time & delivery

Daily dispatch via parcel delivery service with home delivery. Custom-made models are to agree with your sales consultant. Articles with a longer delivery are marked accordingly. 

As soon as an article leaves our warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail and, if applicable, a tracking reference for your shipment. 

Please note that we have no influence on the delivery time. The delivery time stated in the product details serves as a reference. Unfortunately, we are not able to speed up the delivery time of our parcel delivery service within the mentioned delivery time in the product details. For the actual delivery status, please check your tracking and tracing reference.

If you order several articles from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we dispatch the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time shall apply to the total shipment of goods.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.

Prices and conditions of sale

High tech production technics and concentrated buying politics enable highest possible quality to cheap conditions. The mentioned prices are only valuable for the duration of the sales promotion or the stock is empty. With appearing of a new catalogue, all other prices are no longer valid. Stead prices or crossed prices are the prices suggested by the producer. All prices are including sales tax.

• Prepayment – You can transfer the invoiced amount on our bank account. After the receipt of the money, your order is arranged immediately. 

Each product is dispatched within the stated time period. Our delivery services operates daily with 25 trucks. Smaller items and the majority of our furniture is delivered as parcel shipments via different parcel services.
