The Bonell spring core mattresses are still the most popular. These are elements that are made of springs that are all connected by spirals. For the production of these mattresses we use a top quality and patented steel wire Ø2.2 and 2.4. All springs are treated separately to maintain their flexibility and elasticity to prevent breakage. They can be manufactured in different heights, therefore the height of the whole mattress can be higher. For the production of mattresses, the most commonly used springs are those with a height of 14 cm. The diameter of the springs can be varied and therefore the number of springs in the core can vary. By changing the thickness of the springs or the diameter of the wire, different degrees of hardness can be achieved in the mattresses. Bonnell springs respond progressively to weight, first softly and then they get harder as pressure increases. The advantages of mattresses with Bonnell core are: Air transparency, stability, strength and durability.

Special features

Core - The Bonell core is covered and processed with a higher quality, thermofixed, ecological felt. The core reacts progressively, first it is very soft, then it becomes harder and harder depending on the pressure.
Reinforcements - The corners of the Classic Soft mattress are reinforced with a layer of polyurethane foam
Comfort- A layer of polyurethane foam absorbs the pressure of the mattress on the body
